
is an all-season programming/writing space in a building designed after American one-room school houses of the nineteenth century. It sits on a 120-year-old stone foundation, has spectacular views through tall windows, boasts several stained-glass windows, has state-of-the-art heating and cooling, wi-fi, state-of-the-art sound system, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. We conduct our writing workshops here.
The School House will be available for day or evening use rentals, as follows:
Rental to one writer, from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM: $50.
Rental to one writer, from 4:00 PM until 10:00 PM: $50.
This is a spacious, exceptional workspace for writers who want solitude and beauty.
Each additional writer must pay $15.
This pricing is designed to encourage you to gather here with your reading or workshop group.
Maximum capacity is 12. (at a cost of $215).
The Schoolhouse is available in two configurations: workshop (tables and chairs) or living room (lounge chairs in a circle).
