Cancellation policy:
You may cancel your workshop reservation up to 7 days before the event and receive a full refund.
You may cancel 6 days before the event for half a refund.
We cannot offer a refund for cancelations 5 days or fewer before the event.

You have five choices for lunch. Please, no substitutions. We need your order by noon on Friday.

1)Sagamore
Prosciutto, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil, Tomato, and Basil Aioli Spread on a toasted Ciabatta Roll

2) Veggie Powerhouse
Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Cucumber, Sprouts, Green Pepper, and Muenster Cheese served on Multi-grain Bread
Add choice of Italian, Caesar, or Russian Dressing, Mayonnaise, Yellow or Spicy Mustard, Honey Mustard, or Dijonnaise.

3) Tuscan Turkey
Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Provolone, Field Greens, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Sun-dried Tomato Spread, on a toasted Ciabatta Roll

4) Chicken Salad Powerhouse
Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Cucumber, Sprouts, Green Pepper, Muenster Cheese and chicken salad on Multi-grain Bread
Add choice of Italian, Caesar, or Russian Dressing, Mayonnaise, Yellow or Spicy Mustard, Honey Mustard, or Dijonnaise.

There will be complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks, and water available.

There's plenty of parking up front near the buildings. If this lot is full, please look at a map of the property to apprise yourself of more parking: you will be in the field behind the School House, the green building (there's a sign on it)

The workshop starts at 10:00 AM and ends at 4:00 PM. There will be a break for lunch at 12:30.

Farm Rules:
1) Please, no pets.
2) You are free to walk the farm grounds but be aware: as this is a farm, our guests understand that care must be taken while walking anywhere on the property, as there are holes, rocks, uneven floors and pavements, thorns, downed branches and trees, poison ivy & other irritating plants, as well as wild animals, including snakes, insects, and various birds and mammals. Sensible shoes and comfortable clothing are a must. High heels and bare feet are prohibited while on the grounds.
3) Please do not enter any farm building (other than the School House)
4) As a guest, you agree to hold the owners free and harmless from any and all liability for claims for damages, or other claims for personal injury while at the farm.
